Customer Cancellation Rules

Before Vendor Response

You can cancel your booking only before the vendor accepts or rejects it. If cancelled during this period, your booking charge will be refunded to your LOOK O LIKE wallet.

Immediate wallet credit upon cancellation
Credit can be used for future bookings
No processing fees for early cancellation

15-Minute Response Window

If the vendor does not respond (accept or reject) within 15 minutes of your booking, you can cancel the booking and receive a full refund to your wallet.

Automatic cancellation option after 15 minutes
Full refund guaranteed for vendor non-response
Timer starts from booking confirmation

After Vendor Accepts

Once the vendor accepts your booking, you cannot cancel it. The booking becomes confirmed and non-refundable from the customer side.

No customer-initiated cancellation allowed
Booking fee becomes non-refundable
Service must be completed as scheduled

Vendor Cancellation Policy

Emergency Cancellations

Vendors can cancel bookings even after accepting them, but only in case of critical or unavoidable business issues such as:

Medical emergencies or staff unavailability
Equipment failure or technical issues
Unexpected business closure
Force majeure events

Customer receives full refund to wallet when vendor cancels.

All refunds are processed through our digital wallet system:

Instant credit to your LOOK O LIKE wallet
Use wallet balance for future bookings
No cash withdrawals available
No expiration date on wallet credits
