Your agreement to use LOOKOLIKE services
Effective Date: September 27, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the LOOK O LIKE application. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform.
1.1. LOOK O LIKE is an online booking platform that allows users ("Customers") to book appointments with salons and parlours ("Vendors").
1.2. Customers can track their live queue position in real time, including:
1.3. LOOK O LIKE is only a booking facilitator and does not provide salon/parlour services directly.
2.1. Users must provide correct details (name, contact number, etc.) when making a booking.
2.2. Users are expected to maintain respectful behavior with Vendors and staff.
2.3. Users may receive discounts and offers based on order amount and/or available coupons during booking.
3.1. Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, legality, and conduct of the services provided.
3.2. Vendors must ensure accurate information (timings, pricing, services offered) is provided on the Platform.
3.3. Vendors agree to honor confirmed bookings unless prevented by unusual or unforeseen circumstances.
4.1. Each user will receive 3 free bookings after registration.
4.2. After that, a ₹10 booking fee will apply per booking.
4.3. This fee is non-refundable once a Vendor accepts a booking, except under cancellation rules stated below.
A Customer can cancel a booking only before the Vendor accepts or rejects it.
In this case, the booking charge (₹10 or as applicable) will be credited back to the Customer's LOOK O LIKE wallet/account balance and can be used for future bookings.
⚠️ Important: Once the Vendor accepts a booking, the Customer cannot cancel it.
Vendors can cancel a booking even after accepting it, but only in case of critical or unavoidable business issues.
If this happens, the Customer's booking charge will be refunded to their LOOK O LIKE wallet/account.
6.1. The service start time shown in the app is indicative and may vary due to vendor availability, queue changes, or other unusual circumstances.
6.2. LOOK O LIKE is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to such variations.
⚠️ Important Disclaimer: LOOK O LIKE is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or behavior of Customers or Vendors.

7.3. All disputes must be resolved directly between Customers and Vendors.
8.1. Refunds are not given as direct cash transfers. Instead, the booking fee (if refundable) will be credited to the Customer's LOOK O LIKE wallet/account.
8.2. Wallet credit can be used for future bookings but cannot be withdrawn as cash.
9.1. By using LOOK O LIKE, Customers consent to their personal details (name, contact info, booking history) being shared with Vendors for service purposes.
9.2. LOOK O LIKE does not misuse or sell user data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
10.1. LOOK O LIKE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any User or Vendor account in case of violation of these Terms.
10.2. Fraudulent or abusive activity may lead to permanent suspension.
11.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
11.2. Any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of courts in India.
12.1. We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
12.2. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Terms.
